ZEICHNUNGEN

Im Zentrum dieser Arbeiten steht die Linie. Sie beschreibt, tastet, markiert und lässt offen. Fläche entsteht höchstens als Nebenprodukt  nicht als Ziel. Die Zeichnungen haben einen erzählerischen Kern. Linien folgen Gedanken, Beobachtungen oder Fragmenten von Erinnerung. Sie strukturieren das Blatt, ohne eine abgeschlossene Geschichte zu behaupten. Collagen und kleine Fotografien, oft aus Zeitungen oder gefundenem Material – treten als Bruchstellen hinzu. Sie unterbrechen den zeichnerischen Fluss, verschieben Bedeutungen und öffnen neue Lesarten.Zeichnung wird hier als eigenständiges Medium verstanden: reduziert, prozesshaft und zeitlich lesbar.

Drawings

The line is central to these works. It traces, probes, marks, and leaves space open. Surface appears, if at all, only as a by-product not as an objective. The drawings contain a narrative element. Lines follow thoughts, observations, or fragments of memory. They structure the page without claiming a closed or complete story. Collage and small photographic fragments often taken from newspapers or found material enter the drawings as points of interruption. They disrupt the flow of the line, shift meaning, and open up multiple readings. Drawing is understood here as an autonomous medium: reduced, process-based, and legible through time.
